Welcome to Face First Skincare! 

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.  In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation.  Any no-shows or cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged in full at the next scheduled appointment.  Late arrival will limit the time available for your treatment. As your service was reserved at a specific time, it will end at its set time so that the next guest is not inconvenienced. Full treatment charge will apply for late arrivals.  We appreciate your business and adherence to our cancellation and arrival policies. 

Please turn all cell phones to vibrate or silent upon arriving for your service so that you may enjoy your experience to the fullest.

For the safety of our clients, only children 13 and older who are receiving services are allowed in the treatment area.  This policy is strictly enforced.
